Led by Master Tailor Lee, the business combines traditional craftsmanship with modern style to provide custom suits, shirts, formal wear, alterations, rentals, and wedding attire. Through a personalized consultation model, Persona customers find the perfect fit while delivering a trusted, high-quality retail experience within the Brampton community.

Project Description – As the business expanded, managing custom orders, fittings, alterations, rentals, and customer information through paper records and spreadsheets created operational challenges, increasing administrative workload and making multi-visit customer experiences more difficult to coordinate. Through the Retail Modernization Project Grant (RMPG), Persona implemented an integrated point-of-sale and inventory management system that centralized customer profiles, transactions, inventory tracking, and service workflows.

Project Impact & Expected Outcomes – The modernization has improved operational efficiency by reducing manual processes, simplifying reconciliation, and enabling faster, more consistent service. Digital customer records and improved order tracking have enhanced coordination for returning clients, wedding parties, and special-event customers, creating a smoother and more personalized experience. By replacing fragmented paper-based processes with modern digital workflows, Persona has reduced administrative burden, improved inventory visibility, and strengthened its competitiveness as a specialized independent retailer. Supported by an ongoing partnership with an Ontario-based technology provider, the business is positioned for continued growth while continuing to deliver exceptional craftsmanship and service to customers.
