Project Description – Due to the value and portability of its inventory, Modern Supply faces increased exposure to theft and after-hours break-ins. Its previous surveillance system had limited coverage, outdated technology, and insufficient recording capabilities, creating gaps around exterior access points, loading areas, and high-value inventory zones. These limitations reduced the system’s ability to deter incidents and provide reliable evidence for law enforcement or insurance purposes.

Through the Retail Modernization Project Grant (RMPG), Modern Supply implemented an enterprise-grade loss-prevention system with strategically placed cameras, centralized recording, and secure remote access. The upgraded infrastructure provides comprehensive visibility across critical areas, strengthening theft deterrence, improving workplace safety, and enabling faster incident response.
