Project Description – As the business grew, maintaining visibility across both the showroom and inventory storage areas became increasingly important to protect assets, strengthen operational oversight, and support efficient store management. Through the Retail Modernization Project Grant (RMPG), Insta Dealz implemented a digital video surveillance and loss-prevention system featuring commercial-grade cameras, secure recording infrastructure, and remote monitoring capabilities.
