His company, Malo Solutions, focuses on helping companies perform better by assessing their performance gaps relative to key indicators, setting strategy to improve and seeing the improvement through to implementation.  As an approved Digital Advisor/Consultant for the federal CDAP and provincial DCC programs, he also works with businesses to identify their operational pain points, technological needs and opportunities for digitization/automation of critical processes and systems in support of their digital transformation.
