Noodle Max
Company Description – Noodle Max is a popular Aurora restaurant known for its authentic hand-pulled noodles and freshly prepared dishes. Serving customers through dine-in, takeout, and delivery, the restaurant has built a loyal following by combining traditional recipes with high-quality, fresh ingredients.
As online ordering grew, Noodle Max became increasingly reliant on third-party delivery platforms, where commission fees significantly reduced profit margins on digital sales. Without a branded ordering platform or customer loyalty tools, the business had limited opportunities to encourage repeat visits, promote special offers, or build direct relationships with customers. Sales and customer data also remained fragmented across multiple platforms, making it difficult to forecast demand and manage fresh ingredient inventory efficiently.
Project Description – Through the Retail Modernization Project Grant (RMPG), Noodle Max implemented the HeyMate platform to launch a branded, commission-free online ordering system, integrated loyalty program, and centralized sales dashboard. The new platform allows customers to order directly from the restaurant, eliminating third-party commission costs on direct orders while giving Noodle Max full ownership of the customer experience. The business can now reward loyal customers, promote new menu items and special offers, and communicate directly with its growing customer base.
Project Impact – By consolidating sales data into a single platform, Noodle Max has also gained real-time insights into menu performance and ingredient usage, supporting more accurate purchasing decisions and reducing waste. In turn, the restaurant is improving profitability, strengthening customer loyalty, and creating a more sustainable foundation for long-term growth.
