In addition to classic pub favourites, the business serves authentic Nepali specialties, including momos, choila, and sekuwa, attracting a loyal customer base and hosting everything from casual outings to corporate events and celebrations.

Project Description – Through the Retail Modernization Project Grant (RMPG), Break & Play implemented an advanced POS system featuring tableside ordering, integrated kitchen and bar printers, real-time inventory management, and its first digital customer rewards program.

Project Impact & Expected Outcomes –The new system provides greater visibility into ingredient usage, helping reduce waste, improve purchasing decisions, and better manage food costs across both traditional bar fare and specialty menu items. The digital rewards platform also enables the business to recognize loyal customers, encourage repeat visits, and build stronger relationships through targeted promotions and event communications.

By modernizing its operations, Break & Play has improved service efficiency, strengthened customer loyalty, and created a more sustainable foundation for continued growth as one of Brampton’s favourite social destinations.
